Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access has been granted.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Incompatibility with your device


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate or multiple charges for the same product

  • Payment was successful but product was not delivered

  • Completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank


6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of your account

  • Restriction from future purchases
